LEGACY REPORTING MIGRATION
If your reporting tool is losing support, we should talk.
Several enterprise reporting platforms are winding down vendor support. Lustra is being built with veterans of those tools in mind — a clean-slate desktop product that doesn't replicate the legacy stack's complexity.
THE SHIFT
Older reporting tools are winding down.
Several major enterprise reporting platforms are reaching end-of-support in the next few years. Hundreds of thousands of organizations worldwide are affected. Migration takes 6–18 months for a non-trivial deployment, and most teams don't start planning early enough.
WHY MIGRATION IS HARD
Legacy formats don't export cleanly.
Older reporting tools embed business logic in proprietary report formats that don't convert losslessly. Stateful semantic definitions hold years of accumulated business rules. Most “migration tools” lossy-convert reports into a different vendor's format, which means you redo the work twice.
A CLEAN SLATE
Not a conversion. A rebuild that fits.
Lustra isn't a clone of any legacy tool. It's a new desktop product built with the veteran's mental model — semantic layers, banded reports, scheduling, bursting — without the legacy complexity. You rebuild deliberately, not mechanically.
